It should be made very clear that Dr. Azari’s devotion towards medical student education and wellbeing is boundless. Not only does he painstakingly craft incredible study resources for students, but more importantly, he also looks out for our well-being. His dedication towards medical students is boundless and is evident by his recent induction into the Gold Humanism Honor Society chapter here at Penn.

100% best thing I did to prepare for the surgery shelf. So high yield and genuinely useful. Everyone should watch the series. Like should be mandatory. It was almost exclusively what I did (plus some U world but not nearly all of the questions).

The Cutting Edge Surgical videos are some of the most comprehensive materials that are available to prepare for the shelf exams, and it is due to his dedication and efforts in these materials that I was able to be so prepared for the shelf exam. I very much appreciated his videos as they delved not only into high yield topics for the exam, but he also discussed the topics from a pathophysiological focus so we have a greater in-depth understanding as to the mechanisms of each process so it is easier to remember.

The videos are AMAZING!!! So incredibly helpful I told my roommates to definitely watch them before the shelf exam
